I’ll come to your gym or your friends gym! We spend the most part of a day. The first half we touch on:
- a bit of my story.
- training and setting the goal
- basics of compound lifts and how to apply these to all training goals effectively.
- working around road blocks.
- nutrition and goal alignment
- commitment skills
- mental health, dealing with various trauma and sticking to our goals through tough times.
Second half of the day, workshop:
- squat the basics
- squat advancements and getting it right.
- deadlift the basics
- deadlifts advancements and what’s secretly getting in your way.
- bench press the basics.
- the other muscles in your press and working on joint and mobility health.
